Policies, Waivers and Releases
Payment Policy
We are committed to servicing all of our clients with personal attention. Therefore, we require a credit card deposit to hold a date and then payment is due in full once lessons have begun or drop off for board & train clients.
Payment Methods
Credit card, Venmo, and Cash. We do offer 3% off all training paid for in cash which allows us to save on our processing fees.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel a private training session prior to the appointment date, we require 48 hours notice for a full refund otherwise you will be charged for the entire private training session fee. Any training packages booked are considered final sales. Training packages sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase; any remaining sessions after 6 months are forfeited. Should you wish to continue training after this time you will need to purchase additional sessions.
We require a $500 deposit for all board & train programs to hold a specific date. All deposits for Board & Train are non-refundable. Should you change your mind and decide not to enroll your dog for your selected dates, the $500 will be forfeited.
Liability Waiver and Policies
I understand that by agreeing to a payment explanation above, that I will pay upon completion of the initial consult and to any package of training services agreed upon as stated above. I understand that I am responsible for payment in full regardless of whether or not I choose to complete the training program.
AmericanK9 LLC will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, I recognize that AmeircanK9 is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless AmericanK9 LLC of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog while under AmericanK9 LLC instruction or control and under my own care as a result of following training instructions. I have been told by AmericanK9 LLC and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others.
Photo and video release
I consent to the use of photographs and videos of myself, family and dog(s) by Wag the AmericanK9 LLC, including but not limited to publishing the media on AmericanK9 LLC's website, email marketing, Facebook page, Twitter page or YouTube channel.
